A: Depending on the parking zone, you should send an SMS message with the registration number of the vehicle to the number 8221 (Zone I) or 8222 (Zone II). The number of messages sent will correspond to the number of hours of the paid parking time.

Q: How to prolong validity of the ticket using mobile phone?

A: Upon the expiry of your parking time, you will receive a notification. If you wish to prolong your parking, just send another SMS message to the indicated number thus prolonging your car park ticket for another hour.

Q: Is it possible to buy a car park ticket at the news-stand?

A: Yes, just ask the seller for the ticket for the zone where you want to park. The yellow car park tickets indicate the Zone II, and the red ones indicate the Zone I.
